This Privacy Policy applies to Revix Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”), a digital marketing agency based in Ambala Cantt, Haryana, India, and to any software, app, or service we operate — including this website at https://revixsolutions.com and the Revix Solutions app, which connects to WordPress, AI providers, and social media platforms on your behalf.
Information We Collect
Website Visitors
When you visit our website, we may collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. If you leave a comment, we collect the information you submit along with your IP address and browser user agent to help with spam detection. An anonymized hash of your email may be sent to Gravatar to check for a matching profile photo.
App and Service Users
If you use the Revix Solutions app to connect your WordPress site, AI provider account, or social media accounts, we collect only what is needed to operate the features you use:
- WordPress: the site URL, username, and Application Password you provide. Stored encrypted, used only to publish drafts and posts to your site via the WordPress REST API.
- AI provider keys (BYOK): API keys you supply for Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini. Stored encrypted and used only to generate content on requests you initiate.
- Instagram and Facebook: when you connect an Instagram Business or Facebook Page account, we receive an access token and basic profile or Page information via the Meta Graph API, used only to publish content you approve.
- LinkedIn and X (Twitter): an access token and basic profile information via OAuth, used only to publish posts you explicitly approve.
- Google Analytics and Search Console (where connected): aggregated site performance data used to suggest content topics.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information only to operate the features you use: generating and publishing content, connecting to your own accounts, and showing you the status of those connections. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your connected social media or AI provider data for advertising or any purpose beyond delivering the service you requested.
Data Sharing
We share data only with the third-party providers strictly necessary to deliver the service you have configured — your chosen AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google), your WordPress site, and the social platforms you have connected (Meta, LinkedIn, X). We do not sell or rent your personal data to advertisers or any other third party.
Data Retention and Your Rights
You can disconnect any WordPress site, AI provider key, or social account at any time from within the app; doing so deletes the associated stored credentials and access tokens. You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies for your convenience. These last for one year. If you log in to our site, we set cookies to keep you signed in; these last up to two weeks if you select “Remember Me”.
Children’s Privacy
Our website and app are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated “Last updated” date below.
