Revix Solutions provides a platform that lets you generate blog content using your own connected AI provider (Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini), publish it to your own WordPress site, and optionally share related posts to your connected social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).
Your Accounts and Connections
To use the Service you connect your own third-party accounts: your WordPress site (via Application Passwords), your AI provider (via your own API key, “BYOK”), and any social media accounts you choose to link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of these credentials and for all activity that occurs through your connected accounts. You can disconnect any account at any time.
Your Content and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the topics, prompts, and instructions you provide, and for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content, images, or social posts before they are published. The Service does not run content moderation or plagiarism checks on AI-generated output. You agree not to use the Service to generate or publish content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful, and you retain all rights to the content you create and publish through the Service.
Third-Party AI Providers and Platforms
Content generation depends on the AI provider you connect (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) and is subject to that provider’s own terms, pricing, and output quality — we do not control or guarantee their results. Similarly, publishing to WordPress and social platforms depends on those platforms’ own APIs and policies, which may change independent of us.
No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific search rankings, SEO plugin scores, engagement, or traffic outcomes from content generated or published through the Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any applicable law or third party’s rights.
Intellectual Property
The Revix Solutions app, website, branding, and underlying software remain our property. You retain ownership of the content you generate and publish using the Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revix Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including content generated through third-party AI providers or published to third-party platforms.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Haryana having jurisdiction over any disputes.
